The views from our balcony were breathtaking, especially as the
morning sun illuminated the mountains. Our stay was peaceful, although the lack of an elevator made bringing our luggage up a bit of a challenge. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would return with lighter bags.

In-house spa with advanced facilities, breathtaking Eiger views, cozy lounge area
No elevator means lugging heavy bags upstairs!!! Climbing a steep path from the train station is a workout no one asked for!!!

I recently stayed for a couple of nights and was blown away by the warm hospitality and fine eiger view from my room. The daily breakfast with made-to-order eggs and bacon was a good start to the day. My experiences at other places in grindelwald didn’t compare to how caprice exceeded expectations.

Charming chalet-style building with cozy decor and stunning views! The helpful staff provided excellent local hiking tips, even on a rainy day. Breakfast featured home-grown products with a wide variety, making for a delightful start. However, the shower had low water pressure, and some amenities were missing, slightly affecting the experience.

Charming family-run environment.
I was appalled by the owner's rude behavior during my stay. Upon arrival, he harassed me over a miscommunication regarding my friend's stay, which I had arranged months in advance. Even after settling the issue, the owner continued to show disrespect, making our experience feel like we were unwanted guests in his home rather than paying customers.
